Thirty years of building capital, systems & trust. None of it left to chance.

I’m Arun Dabral, Founder & CEO of VMITR and founder director of Team Money Services, Go Easy Marketing and Vansheshwar Nidhi. I have worked in finance and business analysis since 1995.

My practice sits where capital meets structure. I help founders raise the money, then help the businesses that raised it stand up the systems that make the money worth having.

One discipline across all of it: structure before scale. Money follows machines that work.

Four tracks, one discipline.

Every engagement runs the same loop: understand the machine, fix the machine, fund the machine.

Trust engineered as infrastructure, not left to chance.

Working together, plainly.

The questions founders ask before the first meeting, answered the way I’d answer them in the room.

How do engagements usually start?

With a conversation, not a contract. You tell me the stage you’re at and what you’re trying to fund; I tell you honestly whether I’m the right person for it. If I am, we scope a mandate in the first two weeks.

What kind of companies do you work with?

Small and mid-sized Indian businesses: typically MSMEs and growth-stage companies preparing for institutional capital, plus founders who want their operating systems built properly before they scale.

Is an IPO realistic for an SME?

Often, yes. The SME platform exists precisely for that. But it demands three years of clean books, real governance and a promotable story. I’ll assess readiness honestly before anyone spends a rupee on the process.

Do you mentor MSMEs directly?

Yes, a limited number at a time. Mentorship covers business analysis, profitability modelling and system creation. It is hands-on: we work on your actual numbers, not templates.

What is VMITR, in one line?

A high-trust referral network where vetted businesses introduce each other to qualified opportunities. Trust engineered as infrastructure, not left to chance.

Let’s build something.

Raising capital, or building the thing that will? Start with an email. If there is a fit we will both know inside one conversation.
